Calling All Vendors: Showcase Your Products at the 26th Annual Craft & Trade Show!

Are you a local artisan, crafter, or business looking to reach a wider audience? The Town of Lewisporte, in partnership with the Lewisporte Area Chamber of Commerce, invites you to be part of our 26th Annual Craft & Trade Show from September 13 to 15, 2024 at the Mike Austin Arena!

High Visibility: With extensive advertising through radio, posters, social media, and our show program, your products will be seen by a large and diverse audience.
Ideal Location: The Mike Austin Arena offers ample space and a welcoming atmosphere for both vendors and attendees.
Supportive Environment: Enjoy benefits like an Exhibitor’s Hospitality Suite, 24-hour Security Cameras, and on-site amenities including power supply and hot canteen services.

Booth Options:

Standard Booth (9′ x 10′): $110 + HST
Corner Booth: $200 + HST
Local Non-Profit Organizations: $30 + HST (eligible for 1 standard booth)

Booth spaces are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. This is your chance to showcase your unique products, attract new customers, and expand your business!

Show Dates: September 13-15, 2024
Setup: Thursday, September 12 (9:00 AM – 9:00 PM) and Friday, September 13 (8:30 AM – Noon)
Show Hours:
- Friday, Sept 13: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Saturday, Sept 14: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Sunday, Sept 15: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
