The Town Council of Lewisporte has completed a review of its Municipal Plan and Development Regulations to address current and future development opportunities and challenges over the next 10 years. A Municipal Plan is a policy framework guiding Lewisporte’s growth. The Development Regulations establish standards used to approve new buildings and development.
Residents are invited to review the draft Lewisporte Municipal Plan and Development Regulations and provide comments. All items for review are available below.
Written comments and input may be submitted to the Town office by email or comments can be dropped off, faxed, or mailed to the Town Hall.
All comments are welcome. Should you require clarification or information, individual appointments may be scheduled to speak directly with the Town’s planning consultant by telephone or Zoom.
